A Traditional Neighborhood ——— at an ——— Iconic Botetourt Location
We propose to build a Traditional Neighborhood Development at the former Murray Cider property - bringing new housing and commercial options to southern Botetourt and fulfilling a goal of the county’s comprehensive plan.
In September 2022, we held a design charrette session - meeting with neighbors, county officials, and local stakeholders to craft the ultimate Traditional Neighborhood plan for the Murray Cider Co. property.
Our team has created a conceptual master plan - bringing the best standards for walkable neighborhoods & informed by input from county officials, neighbors, and community stakeholders.
